The organizers expect over 900 CEOs, experts, investors and analysts to gather in Bergen, Norway, for a three-day comprehensive program providing insight and inspiration.<\/p>\n<p>Cargill\u2019s aqua nutrition business is well positioned at the center of the value chain to help our customers grow \u2013 by being a partner of choice, addressing their key needs, and delivering distinctive customer value. We are well represented in the conference program, presenting insights across several conference sessions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aqua Industry News<\/strong><br \/>Technology Application Lead Synne Marte Andersen will be speaking in the Aqua Industry News session, where she\u2019ll share an early look at how our latest tools are helping farmers make smarter decisions\u2014driving better performance, financial returns, and sustainability in salmon nutrition.<br \/><br \/>&#8220;Our new digital planner tool helps farmers compare economic and sustainability impacts of different feed programs, empowering them to choose the best option,&#8221; says Synne.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pelagic Tuesday<\/strong><br \/>How does responsible management of blue whiting impact the global salmon industry? Group Sustainability Lead Dave Robb will speak in the Pelagic Tuesday session, representing the feed and aquaculture sector in a session primarily aimed at the fishing sector. With sustainable seafood in focus, he\u2019ll explore why responsible sourcing and fisheries management are more important than ever.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Sustainable fishmeal and oil are vital for us and our customers. Cargill calls for resolution to protect feed, salmon, and responsible fishermen,&#8221; says Dave.<br \/><br \/>He will also participate in another session the following day on the same topic hosted by the North Atlantic Pelagic Advocacy Group (NAPA) where Dave chairs their Blue Whiting subgroup.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aquafeed Summit<\/strong><br \/>Raw material resilience is a growing challenge for the aquaculture sector. Tom Windscheffel, Senior Director, Risk Management and Sourcing at Cargill, will examine the widening gap between long-term raw material demand and potential supply scenarios.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Collaboration is key to sustainable growth.
