Douglas Low
Managing Director

Douglas Low has an MA in Natural Sciences Cambridge University. Douglas worked in Fish Farming R&D in the late 1970's  in Scotland then spent 25 years in Seafood Processing and Marketing. He has wide knowledge and experience of the seafood industry globally from fisheries to markets. He joined EWOS UK as Managing Director in 2005.

David Morrice
Sales Manager

David Morrice graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Toxicology.  He has wide experience within the aquaculture industry having previously worked with Marine Harvest and AKVAsmart in Scotland. David joined EWOS in 2001 as an Account Manager before taking up his current role as Sales Manager in 2006.

Karen Mcleod
Logistics Manager

Karen McLeod has been with EWOS for over 2 years in the position of Logistics and Customer Service Manager.  Responsible for overseeing logistics operations which include haulage and shipping, she and her Customer Solutions team ensure that feed is delivered to our customers on time.  Karen places a strong emphasis on finding workable logistics solutions which match EWOS customers' needs.   Karen’s qualifications include a Bpics in Logistics and a Supply Chain Diploma. She has developed a broad experience within logistics and supply chain, previously working for large companies such as Motorola and Philips.

Ewan Cameron
Account Manager

Ewan Cameron joined EWOS in 2006.  After training in Fish Farming and Fishery Management at Sparsholt College, Ewan led the husbandry team at Frandy Fish Farm between from 1993, managing the annual production of 6 million juvenile rainbow trout and overseeing the complete re-development of the farm. Ewan has an MSc in Agricultural Business Management from Aberdeen University.

Lindsay Pollock
Account Manager

Lindsay Pollock joined EWOS in 2007 in a technical support role. Lindsay has a BSc (Hons) and a Ph.D. in Aquaculture Systems. Lindsay has over 10 years experience of working in aquaculture working closely with fish farmers on various aquaculture systems projects within the U.K. and Asia. She has also been involved with developing and delivering aquaculture training up to MSc level. Joining EWOS in 2007, Lindsay and has account management, marketing and training development responsibilities.

Gareth Butterfield
Account Manager

Gareth has been involved in aquaculture for over 10 years, and has experience in both the industrial and academic sectors. Gareth joined EWOS in 2008, after completing a PhD in selective breeding against PKD. He has an MSc in Mariculture Science and Technology and BSc in Aquaculture and Fishery Management. He has worked alongside some of Britain’s largest producers of salmonid species, making him familiar with the varying techniques and practices used on-farm.

Suzanne Clark
Logistics Coordinator

Suzanne joined EWOS in 2008. She has a strong customer service background, with several years of experience in government agencies as well as private sector service providers.  Suzanne works closely with our logistics manager and production scheduler to ensure that customer requirements are met and a high level of service and support is delivered to all EWOS customers.

FAME Makes Her 200th Feed Delivery

EWOS’ feed ship, the MV Fame celebrated her 200th feed delivery recently. The Faroese ship, crewed by captain Leif Torensen and his staff made the voyage leaving Ayr docks, delivering to Lighthouse Caledonia’s sites on Loch Fyne before heading north.
