We know that other Companies and institutions are more specialised and competent in many areas than we are, and that we can use this knowledge in a way that is interesting for both parts.

We are always interested in broadening our networks and would like to get in touch with other industries or companies for possible collaboration. To achieve this we are active in external connections searching for opportunities.

We are always interested to get in touch with and recruit talents to our organisation.
We invite students to write their master thesis with us. 

Before you apply you should define and look into the area you want to write about so that you can present a proposal for us. Your proposal should be specific, accurate and connected to a business or work area in EWOS Innovation.
The mentor from the school/university have to confirm that guidance for writing the thesis also will be given from them.

Talent Award

The candidates for the Talent Award need to have demonstrated special interest for the Aquaculture Industry, especially within the areas of fish nutrition, raw materials or feed production. The candidates also fulfil one of the following criteria:

• Outstanding study grades or project evaluation from university or another study place
• Delivered projects reports, Masters- or PhD-thesis
• Project description of planned projects or innovations

The award consists of a diploma, prize money of up to NOK 50.000 and potential cooperation with EWOS Innovation regarding further development and commercialization of the winner’s know-how.

EWOS Innovation’s Talent Award will be granted twice a year – in January and in August – based on incoming applications or nominations of candidates.

HOW TO APPLY FOR THE TALENT AWARD:
No particular form is needed or deadline specified in order to apply for the Talent Award.

Deadline for handing in application is December 1st.
