In response, key players like Cermaq and EWOS, have engaged constructively and in a rational and scientific way with many of those who doubt the sustainability of our business.

Kjell Bjordal (Head of EWOS Group) was invited to speak at the International Fishmeal and Fish Oil (IFFO) annual conference in Lima, Peru.  “Aquaculture is the most sustainable way to transform ‘low value’ nutrients into healthy food for human beings” said Kjell. “But sustainable aquaculture depends upon sustainable aquaculture feed, which is why we are focussed on responsible sourcing.”
